The concept and structure of the 1st arc of the show is sound, but damn it for the stupid side stories, like Jamie Summers babysitting a Canadian ambassador's daughter.
But the show stealing moment, goes to Isaiah Washington, who must be thrilled to go from a top rated prime-time drama to a guest part on a fledgling sci-fi TV show.
I guess to his agent, it was either that or the Diff'rnt Strokes/Knight Rider Crossover movie.
Anyway, at one point, he fights Jamie Summers, and says:
"I'm About To Get Analog on Yo Ass!"
Freaking awesome, Isaiah! And I thought all your acting chops were used up in "True Crime."
That's probably the best line on this show or any show this season, and when the fight is over, he says:
"Now that's Analog!"
I was impressed with his 2-dimensional, has-been actor performance, although I fantasize about the same lines being delivered by Sid Haig.
If the writers/producers/directors/best boy of Bionic Woman read this blog, please light Ms. Ryan better!
She's hot, but your show is all green/gray/grainy most of the time!
